Made To Engrave Terms & Conditions 

1. Please ensure you have permission to use the imagery you provide. By sending us your image you indicate to us that you have any relevant permissions to do so.

2. Please ensure any text added to your piece is correct and free from errors/misspelling as we cannot rectify this once the engraving is complete. 

3. If the image you have provided is of poor quality we will notify you and either ask for an alternative image or offer a full refund.

4. As we are selling personalised products there are no returns unless the product has arrived damaged or faulty.

5. We do not offer refunds on products that are damaged during installation. We advise tightening the screws with a screwdriver, by hand. Do not overtighten the screws as the product may split or crack.

6. Do not clean with any abrasive cleaners. Wooden pieces should be kept out of direct sunlight for prolonged amounts of time.
