By accessing this website or placing an order with Made To Engrave, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Image Permissions
By submitting an image to us for engraving, you confirm that you have the appropriate rights or permissions to use that image. We are not responsible for copyright violations from customer-submitted content.
2. Text Accuracy
All personalised text must be double-checked by the customer before placing an order. We cannot accept responsibility for spelling, grammar, or formatting errors once production has started.
3. Image Quality
If your submitted image is of low resolution or unsuitable for engraving, we will contact you to request a better version. If none can be provided, a full refund will be issued.
4. Personalised Product Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence if this occurs.
5. Installation Disclaimer
We are not responsible for products damaged during installation. Always hand-tighten screws and avoid overtightening, which may cause cracking or damage.
6. Turnaround Times
Each item is made to order. Standard production time is 1–3 working days before dispatch. This may vary during busy periods or holidays.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, production may have started, and changes may not be possible.
8. Product Variations
Slight differences in colour, engraving finish, or material may occur due to screen settings or the nature of the engraving process.
