I ordered a memorial heart shaped plaque after the loss of my Dad for my Stepmom and sent Chris words, not only was the service amazing became back with font ideas, sizing etc and produced a fantastic memorial. I purchased 2 of these love hearts just before Christmas as gifts to give to family members. I had to hearts done for Christmas present and omg the picture really does not do it justice I can't not recommend this enough the detail is so so perfect brings a picture to life will 100% ordering more . contact was perfect friendly and made sure I was happy with it before it was finished I can't wait to see there faces on Christmas day
