Returns & Refunds


At Made To Engrave, every item is custom-made just for you — so we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing sales@madetoengrave.co.uk.
Include your order number in the subject line and attach clear photos showing the issue. This helps us resolve things quickly.

Once we’ve reviewed your request and approved a return, we’ll ask you to return the item before sending a replacement. Replacements are sent free of charge.

Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, please contact us straight away with your order number so we can investigate and put things right.

Important Notes

We do not accept returns for personalised items that are not faulty.

Refunds or replacements are not offered for customer errors (e.g. spelling mistakes submitted with the order). Please double-check your details before placing your order.

Non-personalised items may be eligible for return within 14 days, in unused condition. Contact us first to confirm.
