Personalised Slate Appearance Award

Celebrate your club members' milestones with our Personalised Slate Appearance Award. Each 100mm by 100mm award is etched into slate, creating a keepsake designed to last a lifetime. Each piece features your club badge, the club name, the milestone number (for example, 50 club appearances), and the player's name. You also have the option to include the date of the achievement, but if you prefer not to include a date, just leave that field blank when creating the product.

Each award is £10, but if you're ordering five or more at a time—perfect for managers or coaches who want to recognize multiple players over a season—you'll receive a discounted rate of £6 each.

If you're ordering multiple awards, simply upload your club badge and fill in the details for the first award as normal. For any additional awards, please add the extra names and milestone numbers in the "Add your custom details here" section on the cart page (not at checkout). This ensures we get all the correct information before you complete your order.

For the best results, we recommend uploading your club badge in a PNG format with no background. However, if you don't have that, feel free to upload whatever format you have, and we'll remove the background for you.
