Q: How should I type my house number or street name?
We copy and paste the details exactly as you enter them, including capital letters, punctuation and spacing.
Please double-check everything before ordering — for example, if you type maple grove avenue, that is exactly how it will appear on your sign.

Yes — each sign includes stand-offs and screws so you can mount it easily.
Q: What size are the signs?
All black gloss signs are 196 × 140 mm.
Q: Can I check the layout before you engrave it?
Absolutely — if you’d like a preview, just ask. I’m happy to send a quick mock-up.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Every sign is made to order. I usually dispatch within 1–3 working days, and delivery normally arrives within 1–2 days after dispatch.
Q: What if something arrives damaged?
Just send me a quick photo and I’ll sort a replacement. I always make sure you’re happy with your order.
Q: Can you customise the design further?

Yes — they’re made from premium black gloss acrylic designed to handle UK weather. The lettering is permanently laser-engraved and paint-infilled, so it won’t peel or fade.
Q: Is the surface easy to keep clean?
To clean your engraved sign, just lightly dampen a corner of a microfibre cloth with a bit of warm soapy water. Make sure it’s not dripping wet—just a tiny bit damp. Then gently wipe over the area that needs cleaning. After that, use the dry side of the cloth to buff it off, and it'll come up looking lovely.
